If you accidentally delete the page navigation tabs on one of your webjam pages, it's easy to add these again.

On the page where you want to add the navigation onto, go to modules > Webjam Toolbox and add the 'Page navigation' module to your page. It will appear at the top of your first (left-hand) column with the pages listed vertically. If you want this module to appear horizontally along the top of your page, click on the module's header and drag the module to below your page header.
