The new newsletter tool is the perfect means for communicating news and information to members of your club or small group. Webjam have created this simple tool to allow webjam editors to create and send up to 200 emails per month to your webjam members.

The steps to sending your own newsletter:
On your webjam, go to the members tab and you will see that the members area now has a 'Send newsletter' button.
First select the members you wish to send your email to by checking the check box to the left of the member's username.
Next click the 'Send newsletter' button in the pale yellow Contact members box.

You will see the newsletter lightbox appear and you can enter the Subject and content of the newsletter using the text editor.
If you wish to receive a copy of the newsletter via email leave the check box in the lower left corner checked, if you don't want a copy uncheck the box.
Once you are happy with your newsletter click the Send button.

Your members will receive your newsletter straight to their inbox:

Note that prior to sending your newsletter you can change the settings of your sender name. To do this click on the 'Newsletter settings' tab and make changes.
